三、Usage Steps
1：Wear the mask on your face, adjust the headband to a comfortable position, ensure the light source evenly covers the cheeks, forehead, and chin. Once worn stably, you can free your hands without holding it.
2：Connect to power, press the power button to turn on. The device has two modes, which can be selected via the mode buttons (Mode M and Mode A):
- （Mode M）：Mode M includes four monochromatic light modes, which can be selected according to needs:
- M1 （M1 Red Light）：Promotes collagen production, reduces fine lines, and tightens skin.
- （M2 Blue Light）：Balances oil, soothes acne-prone skin, and inhibits acne-causing bacteria.
- （M3 Yellow Light）：Brightens skin tone, improves dullness, and evens out skin color.
- （M4 Purple Light）：Soothes the skin, enhances skin vitality, and improves skin texture.
- （Mode A）：Mode A: Comprehensive mode, integrating the effects of red, blue, yellow, and purple light sources to fully care for the skin.
- 3：Each mode is recommended to be used for 10-15 minutes, and the total daily use time should not exceed 30 minutes. During use, you can move freely and fully experience the convenience and ease brought by freeing your hands.
- 4：After use, press the power button to turn off the device, disconnect the power supply and take off the mask.
